A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with a recognized Security Training Institute is an important requirement for the PSARA License application process.
Applicants are required to arrange the MoU directly with an eligible Security Training Institute.
A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) is an agreement between a Private Security Agency and an eligible Security Training Institute for conducting the required training of Security Guards, Supervisors, and Agency Owners in accordance with the applicable Private Security Agencies (Regulation) Rules of the respective State.
For a New or Renewal PSARA License application, the applicant may be required to submit an MoU with a Security Training Institute recognized or eligible under the applicable PSARA Rules or relevant Central/State Government requirements.
Please Note: We do not provide or arrange the Training Institute MoU. The applicant must directly approach an eligible Security Training Institute and obtain the MoU independently.
